The Best Model For Online Business Success

Okay, it’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve posted to this blog. Not a good way to start the New Year especially after I wrote my 2008 Blogging Goals of which one of them was to write 5 value added posts a week!

Well, I may have been inactive here but that doesn’t mean I’ve been completely inactive. I’ve been really digging deep to see which business models I need to concentrate on right now. In fact I set up my first niche blog following Court’s Keyword Sniping plan. I’ll be setting up another one soon and will definitely report my successes or failures.

If you’ve been around the blogosphere for any length of time you will know that there are a TON of ways to create an online business and make money. It can be overwhelming to a newbie. Some of us may have different goals but one thing I know we have in common is – we wanna make money online.

I want to create enough income to quit my job – this year at that! 🙂 But getting started and finding the right business model has been a quite a huge task!

What do I start with? A business blog? Write and sell an ebook? Build niche blogs and monetize them? Create an affiliate blog? Combine several together? Is it more important to build a list, get traffic, or both? Oh and what about relationship marketing or social networking? My head is spinning!

Ever heard of the cliche variety is the spice of life? Well it is true and there is no reason why we have to settle with one business model. I read a lot and I find that people have many different ways of doing things. We have to find out what works for us.

The bottom line: we have to jump in the mud and get dirty! Just pick something or even a couple of things and master it. Then move on to something else. In time you will find what the best business model is for you.
